Beginning after the holidays the Tuesday class will be going through the 3rd book of the Sensible Shoes series, Barefoot, by Sharon Garlough Brown. This book continues the spiritual journey of 4 women – a story of surrendering to God. The Wednesday class will begin a new study after Thanksgiving called, “Believing Jesus A Journey Through the Book of Acts” by Lisa Harper. Lisa reveals that while the early believers didn’t have much of a road map to follow after Jesus ascended to heaven, the Holy Spirit catapulted them forward with so much power, grace, and authority that they dramatically impacted the world. They were willing to risk everything to follow Christ. Are we willing to do the same?
